"No room in the inn!"

Luke 2:11-14
For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
And this will be the sign to you:
You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

~~~Reflections~~~
"No room in the inn!"
"Placed is him in a manger!"
Isn't it interesting how God revealed Jesus to the world.
He entered the world as the child of a Jewish carpenter and a young virgin from a small town.
Born in a manger. "Glory to God in the Highest"
You hear some say. So sad, I say How prestigious to be greeted by an Angel and a multitude of heavenly host Praising HIM!
God wants us to notice those in need around us.
He wants it to be more than an annual good gesture at Christmas.
He wants us to be advocates for the widows, the poor and those around us  who are struggling.
We're not just told to be fair,
we are told to take the time for those in need.
When you do, do it for the Lord.
As the tender of the inn.
He didn't have much but he gave what he had.
A manger.
Sometimes when you don't have nothing to give,
you can be and advocate for those who are in need.
Lift up there needs in prayer.
 ~~~Prayer~~~
Lord, Make me more aware of those around me who need your love and grace.
Make me your instrument to help them and to serve them.
You supply all my needs. I ask that you would supply the needs to the.
poor, widows, lonely, to those who don't know you Lord.
I come as an advocate on their behalf.
Now I ask for the overflow of blessings to supply others needs.
Open my eyes to see Jesus in the faces of those in need.
Open doors of provision, for me also Lord that I may tend to your sheep.
In the name of my Jesus, Amen.

When your in the most difficult times, God is closer to you than ever

Luke 1:26-56

Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel
was sent by God
to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph,
of the house of David.
The virgin’s name was Mary.
And having come in, the angel said to her,
“Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you,
blessed are you among women!

When she saw him, she was troubled at his saying,
and considered what manner of greeting this was.
Then the angel said to her,

“Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son,
and shall call His name Jesus.
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest
and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David.
And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever,
and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

~~~Reflections~~~
You may not even be aware of the impact you are making
in someone else life. Or maybe you are?
I doubt Mary knew how she was going to impact peoples lives.
What matters is how you deal with going through those
uncomfortable circumstances or situations.
Your actions affect how others see you.
Do they see your faith.
Your circumstances may not always be what you expect.
Change happens. It even happened to Mary and Joseph
Could you imagine if Mary had said....
"no, Lord"
"Now what am I going to do Lord?"
"I am not going to have time for myself, or things I desire."
"Ahhh My routine is all messed up!"
"All of my friends will be gone"
"I don't like being uncomfortable"
We should try to follow Mary's example.
Trust in the Lord. Have faith.
Mary may had a bit of fear at first.
I mean come on, if you saw the angel Gabriel
don't you think it might shake you up a bit?
She placed her trust in the Lord
Then Mary said,
“Behold the maidservant of the Lord!
Let it be to me according to your word.”
And the angel departed from her.
When your in the most difficult times,
God is closer to you than ever.
God has a purpose for this season and every season.
Rejoice that God is Mighty!
That He has dominion over every aspect of your life.
~~~Prayer~~~
Lord I am thankful you have dominion over every aspect of my life.
Let your will be done according to your word.
I rejoice in the conception of your Holy Son, Jesus!
For finding Favor with Mary.
I ask that you would find favor with me, and reveal
your Holy Spirit to me when I am in uncomfortable situations.
Remove any strongholds of fear, anxiety or doubt.
We give you the Glory! Amen.

Be built up by Faith! Not by Fear!

Jude 1:20-25

But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith,
praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God,
looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

And on some have compassion, making a distinction,
but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire
hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. Glory to God

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,
And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,
To God our Savior,
Who alone is wise,
Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power,
Both now and forever. Amen.

~~Reflections~~~
Glory to You God!

So many times we allow fear to get in the way of our faith.
This is not what the Lord would have us mature in.
Be built up by faith, not by fear. Be merciful to those who are not yet saved. Or who doubt. Be merciful to those who doubt. May you spread the message of His Love, Mercy and Salvation.

For He is able to prevent you from stumbling through your faith. You are able to keep yourself in the love of God, by your faith and praying in the Holy Spirit. Seek Mercy through
Our Lord Jesus Christ though Faith.

You will be seen unblemished in the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,and much Rejoicing!
Such as a Present, in His Presence you are!
You are much like a present to our Father through His wonderful Son, Jesus Christ.

Think of yourself as a present on Christmas morning as a child would receive that long desired, treasured gift.
That is How God sees you through his Son.
Our Redeemer.

~~~Prayer~~~
May the Lord keep you upright and plant you firmly in His presence
clean, unmarked, and joyful in the light of His glory. Mercy and Peace and Love be multiplied to you, through our Savior, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good
1 Chronicles 16:34
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
And say,
“Save us, O God of our salvation; Gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles,
To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise.”
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel From everlasting to everlasting!
And all the people said, “Amen!” and praised the Lord.
~~~Reflections~~~

Give thanks to the Lord!
Giving thanks to the Lord, for all things, can be a changing moment in our relationship with God. He is the God of our salvation.
We were created in His image. Therefore we have the same type of feelings as God.
So yes when we don't follow His house rules, like our earthly parents, I believe He would be upset with us. Maybe even broken hearted at times.

Like anyone else gratitude is pleasing to the soul.
God longs for us to show gratitude to Him.
Today lets show appreciation for the gift of salvation that was given to us.
Let us return kindness to God.
Shout to the Lord "THANK YOU LORD GOD FOR SALVATION"
God sent His Son for our Sins.
No matter how much we mess up, His mercy will endure.
Yes He is the Lord God of Israel. But He is also our God.
He is everlasting to everlasting.

~~~Prayer~~~
Holy Lord, we give you thanks that you are the God of Our Salvation.
We thank you for your mercy that endures forever and through every sin.
Praise your Holy Name oh Yah, for you are worthy God.
Your promise is everlasting to everlasting, as you are.
We thank you Lord for this life, for being such a good, good God.
amen.
Our life will follow where what we feed our eyes!
Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
~~~Refelections~~~

Our eyes are the steering wheel in the direction we go.
God wants us to keep our focus on Him throughout the day and night.
He wants you to include him in all things.
Sweeping the floor, washing dishes, shopping or having a conversation.
God wants us to acknowledge him.
Through prayer we can keep our eyes on
the author and finisher of our faith.
Our life will follow where what we feed our eyes!
So lets run the good race that is set before us.
Let's make sure that we focus on Jesus.
Try to fix our eyes on Jesus throughout every part of your today.

~~~Prayer~~~
Almighty, Holy God, Thank You for your grace and the gift of salvation. Thank you for Son, Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, thank you for his death and his resurrection. Father I pray for the Holy Sprits intercession to keep my eyes focused on Jesus!  Help me to make you a part of  everything I do. In Jesus Christ Name Amen.
Son of David have mercy on us
Matthew 9:27-29
When Jesus departed from there,
two blind men followed Him,
crying out and saying,
“Son of David, have mercy on us!”
And when He had come into the house,
the blind men came to Him.
And Jesus said to them,
“Do you believe that I am able to do this?”
They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”
Then He touched their eyes, saying,
“According to your faith let it be to you.”
~~~ Reflections ~~~
How can we receive blessings, healings or salvation, if we do not have faith?
Our faith guarantees us the fulfillment of God’s promise to us for an eternal life with Him in heaven.
Yes our faith enables us to see the invisible, believe the unbelievable, and receive the impossible. Faith receives the healings, gifts and blessings from the Lord. Faith has no boundaries. Much like Love. Faith demonstrates hope and trust in God.  Faith is the assurance of things hoped for.

You notice the 2 men saw the healings that Jesus did. They had faith, their hope to be healed, made them follow Jesus. That took faith to follow after Jesus.  Jesus then speaks to them they are healed according to your faith let it be to you.
Faith  requires us to trust in God, with complete confidence and willingness to trust the Lord.
Growing our faith is a part of our journey with the Holy Spirit.
This means knowing that all things are possible by our faith in Jesus Christ.

~~~ Prayer ~~
Oh God, Thank you for being faithful and true. Your word does not return void.
We have complete confidence in you. We place our trust in you God, that our faith is unshakable. We desire faith that can move mountains, when we pray for others you will be faithful and true. Healings and blessings will flow abundantly through your name. In Jesus Christ Name Amen.
Putting your Faith to Action
Daniel 3
God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand.
~~~Reflections~~~
Reading about the strong faith of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, strengthens our own faith.

To make such a bold choice to keep the choice to be faithful to the Lord God, under such extreme pressure. Here they are Facing the fiery burning furnace and death, for not worshipping a false God. Having the Faith in the Lord Almighty would able to deliver them from the burning fiery furnace, and out of the hands of  Nebuchadnezzar, and their enemies.

Of course our God is faithful, he not only saves them, but those who intended to execute them, They become witnesses of their faith and God's miraculous deliverance. Now they are great examples to all of us who become tempted to compromise our faith to get along in a society.

~~~ Prayer ~~~
Lord, please give us the same kind of faith that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego demonstrated! In the face of adversity, affliction and ridicule come at us, give us the faith to stand our ground and keep our faith. Especially under fire.
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Gift of grace
Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves,
it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
If you are a giver you know what it is like to give gifts away. You give it with no strings attached, without expecting any type of compensation. This brings Joy to the person receiving.  When the person receives the gift you give them you can see their face lights up. It also brings Joy to you the giver.
Same goes for our Father in Heaven. He is a giver. The ultimate gift of Love, His gift of Grace is freely given.
For God did not designate or determine us to suffer wrath, but to receive the gift of salvation by His grace. His Holy Son, The Lord Jesus Christ died for us so that we may live together with him.
Our God is rich in mercy. He freely gives us the gift of grace. So that we can receive the most important gift. Salvation. The greatest gift we've ever received has nothing to do with our works. It is a gift from God.  We don't deserve it,  we can't earn it,  nor purchase it. You only have to receive it form God.
~~~Prayer~~~
Father we give you thanks for your grace. We know it doesn't have to be any special occasion to receive the gift of salvation. Help us to show others how wonderful your grace is. We understand Lord you are a giving God, the giver of Grace. We boast in you Lord for all your goodness. We accept your gift of salvation and we give you all the Glory. In Jesus Christ Name Amen.

The Lord is at Hand.

Philippians 4:5
Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

~~~ Reflections ~~~
Most often we are focus only on the things we like or that we are good at doing.
Those things that we aren't interested or we are wanting to accomplish. Our goals.
Really think about it, Nobody wants to fail. Paul even goes to teach us what we
should meditate on. Meditate on whatever is noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy.
Nobody wants to do the things that we don't desire.
Personally, I don't want enjoy confrontation. I try to avoid it. The flight response.
There are times when the Lord encourages to fight.
He wants us to be disciplined and grow in the areas we are spiritual weak.
The areas we don't necessarily find exciting or interesting, God can still use us. He can be our mediator.
When the Lord is at hand, our gentleness can me known to all people, in every situation.
Sounds easy enough. Right?  Not always. Not perfect here.  Sometimes people rub us wrong. God still wants us to love everyone, and share the good news with even those who we may disagree with.  Pray for them, or with them. This takes preparation, routines. Prayer, Focus, and mediation. Phi
God wants us to have the understanding through the Holy Spirit.
The devil is crafty, evil and will try to attack us in the areas of our weakness and vulnerability.
So let's not just commit to be diligent to the Lord,
in the areas of our interest and strengths.
Also in those areas where we are not strong, where we are uncomfortable.
Those situations of an unpleasantness, painful feelings. when we feel embarrassed or nervous.
The Lord can use those for His Glory.
~~~ Prayer ~~~

Father, Be my strength me in the areas where I am most vulnerable to sin or feel uncomfortable. Open my eyes to help me see your will in areas of weakness and in the things I Love to do.  Use me in every area of my life.  Show your gentle kindness to others through me, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Rekindle my heart to passionately seek after your holiness, and your will.
In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

What if it cost you nothing?

Kind words don't cost anything,
They can accomplish Much!

Ephesians 4:29

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth
but what is good for necessary edification,
that it may impart grace to the hearers.

~~~Reflections~~~
Paul speaking to you as believers, one who is found Salvation. Being good stewards of Christ.
Remembering that you have been made new in Him. Taking off your old garments, or foul language, old ways of life.  Being renewed and transformed in your mind. Paul explains to us as believers to put off  rotten speech like one would toss out rotten fruit or fish. I like to think of the stench of spoiled milk, or the reek of POOP.
Think about rotten food, it contaminates, sickens, smells foul and creates an unpleasant surrounding for all who come near to it. So it is as with the words you speak. Speak life, Kind Words. To edify and lift up. To show others the goodness of our Lord.
Not an easy task if you try to do it on your own. Pray, Allow the Holy Spirit to guide your words, speech, thoughts and actions. Encircle yourself with the Holy Spirit, God's word, meditate on His word. The enemy would try to break you down, have you stay corrupt. Placing stumbling blocks in your path, with corrupt speech, people to antagonize you, provoke you or annoy you.
Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Prayer
Lord of Hosts, Send your angels with a divine hedge of  protection. So that we can meditate on your word. Renew us Lord and transform us, with the your Holy Spirit. If there is anything foul, or os causing warfare in our mouth,  Lord we seek you to use your divine intervention. In Jesus Name Amen.
conquerors of temptation
God wants you to be Conquerors of Temptation!
James 1:12-16
Blessed is the man who endures temptation, for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
Let no one say when he is tempted,
“I am tempted by God”
for God cannot be tempted by evil,
nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.
Then, when desire has conceived,
it gives birth to sin,
and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above,
and comes down from the Father of lights,
with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth,
that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
~~~Reflections~~~
As you spiritually mature.
The Lord shows you there is so much more
than what this world has to offer.
Nothing in this world will last forever.

The Lord wants you to be a conquerors of temptation.
Not following your own fleshly desires.

God offers You,
The Crown of Life, everlasting life.
Mercy and Grace. Forgiveness.

For when you follow the temptations of your fleshly desires,
You are producing into existence, sin.
You know that Sin, separate us, pulls us apart,
disconnects and divides us from God.
All his promises,
and His good and perfect gifts.

We all know there is definitely forgiveness in the Blood of Jesus. God the Father sent His one and only begotten Son Jesus Christ down to our earth in the flesh to physically die on a cross in order to save us and give us total and permanent forgiveness for all of our sins. Without Jesus dying and shedding His blood on the cross, there would be no forgiveness and remission of any of our sins.

Mtthew 26:28
For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
Therefore if there is anything that falls into this category,
in your life.
I pray that you would pray this prayer, with me.

~~~ Prayer ~~~
Father,   We ask that you forgive all of us for our sins, for falling into temptation.  Keep us prevailing in Your light. We lay down our fleshly desires at your cross. Illuminate your word in us, allowing the Holy Spirit to help us endure during the pressures of temptation. Create in us conquerors of temptation. Give us understanding and illuminate your word more clearly in our lives.
We Thank You Lord, for your Word.
Dweling in the unapproachable light
dwelling in unapproachable light
1 Timothy 6:11-16
I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate,  that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.
~~~Reflections~~~
Anticipation of the Solar Eclipse of 2017 united millions of people from all parts of the United States. Millions of Americans traveled great distances to gather for one purpose, to see the Eclipse.  The hustle and bustle, crowds, traffic jams,  it wouldn't hold them back from traveling long distances, and those who couldn't travel, they sat in their yards, gathered with neighbors, friends or family, all united with a passion to experience the solar eclipse, where the moon passes over the sun and completely covers the sun, and then completes the process and continues to pass over it. Most people even wore silly looking glasses, or found unique ways to gaze upon the moon passing over the sun. Myself included.
Who wouldn't want to experience the Handy Work of Our Creator? The last time the solar eclipse happened across the United States was 99 years ago. So you can understand the excitement and hype. Oh what Glory Our God deserves. With all His Power, Might and Authority,  No glasses or gadgets can be used to look upon His dwelling, for it is an unapproachable light! To HIM, Praise and Worship! Honor and Glory to the Lord.
Holy, Holy, Holy!  Praise Him!
For the eclipse was a small representation of  GODS HOLY SPIRIT ABOUT TO BE UNITE AND FILL THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION!
In your presence Lord their is so much more. Unite us in one accord for Your Glory.

unfinished painting?

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

~~~Reflections~~~
God has a Beautiful Finished Painting.
He just hasn't hung it in the gallery for you to see yet.
Peace, Future & Hope. These are things that the Lord thinks towards you.
Sometimes we may have the pleasure of the Lord showing us a glimpse of our future, or somebody else's future.
Of course it is usually like an unfinished painting. "Glimpse"  One day the painting will be revealed Like a fine painting hung in a gallery. Some times you have to place your Faith in the Lord and remember what His thoughts are for YOU!
If you find yourself struggling over something, and are feeling overwhelmed reflect on this scripture.
Claim the Lords word over your life. Your situation. And Trust that His word is Faithful and Truth.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Or reflect on the History of Joseph and his unfinished painting
Psalm 43:3
Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me,
Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your tabernacle.
1 Corinthians 1:8-9
who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
God of all Grace!
2 Corinthians 12:9
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly, I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
~~~Reflections~~~

In your weakness is the opportunity for God to show His grace. God is truly amazing. God makes his grace available to any sinner.
His Grace is given to you freely. It comes from God's own Loving Kindness. Straight from His Heart. He shows us his grace through forgiveness, repentance, and through salvation. He shows favor to those who have the faith to accept His grace.

God’s blessing is enough for us to make it through any kind of physical, spiritual, or emotional pain, no matter how long that pain exists. God’s grace  His favor is enough! God’s grace, His approval is enough, all by itself,  it will give you strength and to know your true worth.

God's grace by itself, to sustain you until He determines that infirmity should end, or if it should end? You should be empowered for ministry. We all have a ministry, and His grace,  His favor is enough, all by itself, to make our sharing of the gospel to flourish. He enables you to live your life more abundantly when He shows Favor on you. God's grace is power to live your life, giving you eternal Life.

His grace cannot be earned. It is a gift. It is unmerited and undeserved. When you had accepted Jesus Christ as Your Savior, through your faith that Jesus Christ died for your sins. He gave you the gift of eternal life. Gods Grace was freely given to you. Simply enough it God's Favor is upon you. A gift. God's profound love. You should look to God to be settled in you, for by Him alone, not human approval, ability, or ambition, will help you get to your calling in life.

No matter what difficulties you have or what is going on in your life. His grace is sufficient. He will be your strength.  His grace doesn't mean you wont have infirmities. physical or mental weakness, sickness, affliction, or attacks from the enemies.Admitting that God is your strength, and everything comes from him. It will keep you humble and not complaining, and keep you on the right path. Using everything for a testimony for How God is in control. God only wants you to know Him and Make Him others know him through you.

It means His grace will see you through whatever the attack is. He will use all situations for His Good. You will be called to his eternal glory. receive assurance of God's grace to support you in your trial. It is when we feel our weakness that God strengthens us. Having the dependency in the Lord, allows God to gives you strength. It is when we feel our weakness that God strengthens us.

1 Peter 5:10

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

Prayer:
Praise be to the GOD of all grace. Thank You God for your grace, for it is sufficient in all situations. For your favor extends far and above all our needs. We praise you for the eternal glory that awaits us. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen.

Rmember Yesterdays Miracle and Seek a Miracle for Today

Ever so often we have to remember yesterdays Miracles, and Seek a Miracle for Today.
Spending time with the Lord this morning.
I opened up His Word,
Mark 8:1-21 was a gentle reminder.

Why is that so significant today?
Yesterday, As I was leaving our house.
I asked my husband when would be a good day to bring our grandchildren home?
I don't know if we can continue to feed them ? WHAT? That came out of my mouth? With no hesitation, no thinking? Like a horse without a bridle.
James 3:2-3

Oh ye, of little faith?
Do you not remember it is the Lord Who Provides?

Yes, this morning The Lord kindly reminded me.
I might not be able.
HE CAN!

Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”
And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.”
But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?  Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?  When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”
“Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

How could they even begin to wonder where their next meal was coming from? Being right there with Jesus handing out the food?
How could I ever begin to wonder. After all the miracles Jesus has provided in my own life?

This is when I heard a small still voice,
Remember Yesterdays Miracles and Seek a Miracle for Today!
Every day is an opportunity for the Lord to do a Miracle.

Lord thank you for revealing to me that my words are powerful. For remembering the miracles you have done in the past through your word, and through my own life. I acknowledge that you are My provider. Today I take time to reflect on the Miracles in my own life, and I give you Thanks and Praise for the Miracles. I Seek you to be my provider. I seek the opportunity for you Lord Jesus to do a Miracle in my life today, tomorrow and every day. Your will be done.
I am so Thankful for your Miracles, I know that everyday is a Miracle in itself. Thank You Jesus.

Mark 8:1-21
In those days, the multitude being very great and having nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; for some of them have come from afar.”
Then His disciples answered Him, “How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?”  He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.
They also had a few small fish; and having blessed them, He said to set them also before them.  So they ate and were filled, and they took up seven large baskets of leftover fragments.  Now those who had eaten were about four thousand. And He sent them away, immediately got into the boat with His disciples, and came to the region of Dalmanutha.
Then the Pharisees came out and began to dispute with Him, seeking from Him a sign from heaven, testing Him.  But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.” Beware of the Leaven of the Pharisees and Herod And He left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side.

So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

could you learn from your disappointments

 Psalms 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

~~~Reflections~~
What would it take for you to pull yourself up and start all over again?
Seeking God first thing in the morning. Is a great way to start your day. Are you able to call on God, during those times of need, storms, sickness or any kind of disappointment or fear come to you?
Are seeking The Lord to carry you through without falling apart?
When life throws you a curve ball, or things don't seem to go your way. How you respond is of great importance. No matter what the circumstances you are going through in your storm, the only thing that matters how you go about handling yourself during the storm. Do you curl up in a ball, cry, hide in fear?
Hopelessness and discouragement can be overwhelming.  So How do you get out of those feelings of doom and gloom. There is a cure. Yes it is a Miracle Cure!
It comes by going to the Lord.
For Jesus is the  Only Way! John 14:6
Worship and Praise Jesus! Thank Him for everything you are going through. Acknowledge, Proclaim JESUS CHRIST HAS THE POWER AND AUTHORITY OVER THE SITUATION . Seek the Lord. through His word, through prayer and a thankful heart.
Once we understand the crucial importance that it is a spiritual factor and not by human circumstances. The enemy is always trying to discourage us. Steal our faith, like a thief in the night. John 10:10
Others will see that we know that God is in charge of our circumstances.
By adding this to our daily conversations and experiences through all discouragements, no matter how small.   We can make every discouragement or hopelessness a time for reflection and connection with the Lord. Strengthening our Faith. Going to the Lord in all circumstances.
~~Prayer~~
GOD OUR HEAVENLY FATHER IN YOUR PRECIOUS SONS NAME JESUS CHRIST. I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE POWER AND AUTHORITY IN THIS SITUATION, FOR I BELONGTO YOU! WE THANKYOU LORD. FOR YOU ARE WORTHY OF OUR PRAISE.
 CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART, A RENEW A STEADFAST SPIRT IN ME. HOLY SPIRIT I WELCOME YOU TO GUIDE ME THROUGH! THANK YOU LORD.
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
desperation, despondency, discouragement, hopelessness, Jesus is the Way, The Truth, and The Life.
I am chosen and appointed by the Lord
John 15:16
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
~~~Refletions~~~
Jesus choose you!
He appointed you!
Jesus made the choice to die for you and love you. He made the choice to die on the cross for You.

So your Sins could be forgiven, so you can enter into the gates of heaven.
Without him making that first choice, you wouldn't have a choice.
Eternal life would not be an option.
It's up to you to make choice, to accept or reject Him?
.
We are not saved merely for our own benefit, but to serve Christ.
Manifesting His love and Word to the world, and to build up His church.
This is the fruit you bear and it will remain with you.
Every Christian will bear spiritual fruit. Somewhere, sometime, somehow.
Otherwise that person is not a believer.
Every born-again individual will be fruitful.
Not to be fruitful is to be faithless,
without faith, and therefore without salvation.
How can you receive from the Father anything in Jesus Name if you have no Faith?

Our Salvation Is a gift from the Lord.
All we have to do is pray this

Prayer~~~ Jesus Thank you for your Love, for making the sacrifice on the cross for my sins.I accept YOU!  You have redeemed me. Thank You!  I ask Father in Jesus Name that you would make me filled with faith, and fruitful. Help me to bring Glory to you!

Happy Fathers Day God!

I AM AN ENEMY OF THE DEVIL

I AM AN ENEMY OF THE DEVIL
Peter 5:8
.Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

~~~Reflections~~~
Lions attack the sick, weak, young and easy prey. Lions choose victims who are alone or not alert. As with many predators, a lion may attack if cornered, if a human runs away, this stimulates their instinct to chase, or if a person "plays dead"
Standing still however may cause the lion to consider a person easy prey.
Lions are ready to pounce and devour their prey.
The devil being compared to the Lion. demonstrates the attacks we face, when we are being persecuted, feeling alone, helpless, suffering or weak, and so focused on our troubles and not keeping focused on the Lord.
Be watchful for the attacks from the devil.  This is when we are easily harmed spiritually, physically, mentally, or emotionally to Satan’s attack ,We leave ourselves open to attacks, simply by having lack of faith. So stay alert, keep yourself  surrounded by others who are believers, for strength.
 Resist the devil, stay steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. The God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, will establish, strengthen, and settle you. To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Do what ever it takes, get rid of the Lion before he attacks. Shout Loudly the word, use any other action to appear larger, like praise and worshipping the Lord. Raise your hands to the Almighty! Jump up and down, as you would to make the lion retreat. Fighting back with the blood of Jesus on the cross, Using the Name of The Rock of our Salvation to call upon the Father and ask for mercy in Jesus Christ Name. this is the most effective way in to drive out the temptations,
Jesus is my friend
I am a friend of Christ and  Jesus is My Friend!
John 15:14
You are My friends if you do whatever I command you .
~~~ Reflections ~~~
What a wonderful and comforting thought we have that Jesus is our friend.
For Jesus is the kind of friend we need in our lives at all times. When we look for a true friend we should look for others who resemble Jesus.
Jesus is there at all times, no matter the situation..

His peace comes in times of turmoil and fear.
He comforts us  during times of sorrow and mourning.

He is always there for me.
You don’t need to go far to reach Him.
He doesn't  need to you spend money to be with Him.
He is here with us right now.
Having a friend in Jesus is brings peace to our minds.
He comforts us and leads us in the path of peace and joy
He reassures us that He is Our Lord and Master
He will never forsake us.

See all things as opportunities from the Lord

Romans 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

~~~Reflections~~~
While coping with unfavorable situations and feelings. It is so important to allow God to take control. Remember how much you Love the Lord. For His perfect results are unfolding,
even when while you are in a time of despair.
By trusting in His infinite wisdom to guide your path.
He will lead you into His righteousness.
Know that when your heart is breaking,
the Lord is teaching you how to become more compassionate,
forgiving and loving.  God will turn into your strengths.
Anticipate  or be prepared for a breakthrough.
Many will see your trial and your trust in the Lord
For God Cares for you. He Adores you,
Attends to your needs, keeps His eye on you,
Your comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.
 1 John 4:18
There is no fear in love,
but perfect love casts out fear,
because fear involves torment.
But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
~~~Reflections~~~

Stepping out of your comfort zone, is not always an easy task. Every day you make choices that either bless you and help you grow spiritually or that allows types of fear to step in.  Anxiety, Stress,
Learning to stand on God's word can help you take charge of emotions.  The Holy Spirt can and embolden you, and give you the courage and the confidence to step out of your comfort zone.
Yeah your comfort zone, might feel beautiful. How are you touching others? Is God using you to share your His Love?  Are you sowing seeds in others lives?

Sometimes it seems easier to just go with the flow, and avoid potential conflict. The truth is that letting people walk all over you can increase feelings of stress, anxiety and panic attacks. It might eventually lessen your feelings of self-worth and play into ungodly fear. Fear begets more fear.

The good news is, you don’t have to live with fear as your state of mind. It’s God’s will for us to have faith, trust in Him, so that be make us perfect in his love. Casting out all fear.
It is not His intention for you to live in fear, He wants you to live in His Love.

 Love casts out fear. By knowing who you are in Christ, accepting God’s love for you, and focusing your thoughts on Him. You begin to harvest, faith, confidence and Love. Step out of your comfort zone and allows Love to grow within you. You grow as a child of God. Becoming more faithful to do what you are called by Him to do.

When the Holy Spirit directs you, Trust that the Lord is Love, and if God asks you to do something where you have step out of your comfort zone. Remember, He is the almighty, He has created the heavens and the earth. He formed you in your mothers womb. He makes the wind to blow, the sun to rise and set. How much more will he be there to comfort you when you step out of your comfort zone for Him?  You are harvesting Love.

The more you step out of your comfort zone, the easier it will become.

Have a Resilience is a mind set.

image source: Pinterest Kim Wilborn

Psalms 27:14
Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart.
Wait, I say, on the Lord.

.~~~Reflections~~~
How would you ever handle it if you lost everything you had today?
What would your next step be?
How long would you be depressed and upset and angry?

When you are a Resilient individual you are better able to handle such adversity and rebuild your life after a catastrophe, with a much more confidence, faith and endurance.  Having the ability to Wait on the Lord with expectation that He has everything under control. Can change your outlook to hope and faith in the face of adversity from illness, depression or difficulties and misfortune.

It is something you need to start your day with, everyday. challenges or not.
Having Faith, gives you strength to cope with stress and hardships. Having the Faith and Trust that the Lord will bring you through every situation and will give you strength.

Do not despair when you feel discouraged. It is  how you choose to deal with these difficult situations, that is the key.  Dwelling on Thoughts of your current situations  beings despair. By focusing with the mindset that God will help you through it. Waiting In anticipation of what the Lord has on the other side for you.
You will receive an abundance of Joy, by putting into practice.
The joy of watching when Gods plan is put in place, brings healing.

You can choose now to change your mindset. Being Christ like minded, doesn't just happen. How  the time to seek the Lord. Your relationship with the Lord, will be your strength in every situation. Anxiety, depression and stress will flee.  So wait with great expectations for the Lord to bring you through. Be resilient!

Prayer
Lord God, we ask the you would encourage us to wait on you Lord. With expectation knowing that you have something bigger and better in our future.  You have created the heavens and the earth, so how much more should we place our trust in you. Thank You Lord, for building our faith, endurance and changing our mindset. We trust you GOD, and we Believe, Have Faith that you are in control.

Is your life a country song?

1 Thessalonians 5:17-18

           Rejoice Always!
       Pray without Ceasing
     in everything give thanks
     for this is the will of God
      in Christ Jesus for you

~~~Reflections~~~
When there sees too be no hope, and your life feels heavy.
Like an old country song.
You know car broke down, lost your job, your health is failing,
doubt, confusion and it all hits at one time. No matter how hard we try to get things to together, sometimes life seems like its falling apart.
It is important to remember that God has everything under control.
This is the time to seek God. In every situation we should seek GOD. Going to him in Prayer and Giving Him thanks, for this is the will of God. This pleases GOD.
 For the season here on earth is short. The human situations are like a blink of the eye to the Lord. Our eternity is what we should be focusing on.
Prayer
Eternal God, we thank you for everything you do for us. Including this life and all our needs you supply in every situation. We are grateful for the beautiful gift of eternal life, Through your son Jesus Christ. Guide us Lord, so that we might always be able to find things to give you Thanks. Amen.
So let us find strength in Jesus, Keeping our Faith
2 Timothy 4:17
But the Lord stood with me and
strengthened me, so that the message
might be preached fully through me,
and that all the Gentiles might hear.
Also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
And the Lord will deliver me from
every evil work and preserve me
for His heavenly kingdom.
To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
~~~Reflections~~~
Wherever we go, who ever we happen to meet. We have the assurance that the Lord will equip us with His Word. So that the message might be preached through us. He will stand with us, and equip us. So that  His message will go forth.

His word does not say that we won't have obstacle , In this chapter we can see that Paul was abandoned by Demas. That must have been an obstacle. He had to send for Mark, for Luke was the only one with Paul. You see the Lord placed people in Paul's path, to send for Mark.
 He will deliver us from every evil work. He will preserve us for His Kingdom. For His Glory!

So let us find strength in Jesus, Keeping our Faith. For these things are but a blink of the eye. Our real treasures await us, a crown of righteousness, on judgement day.

Prayer~~
Thank you God for giving us the strength to stand even when circumstances seem impossible. Thank you Lord for being strong in my life. We can never make it without You. Lord, We invite you into every situation in our lives. Your reassurance brings such peace to us. To God be the glory.

Jesus Knew no Sin

2 Corinthians 5:21
For HE made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us,
that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

~~`Reflctions ~~~
For God made Christ in the flesh without any sin. Pure. Spotless.
So the Savior could take our sin so that we might receive God’s approval through Jesus.

The Open tomb

Matthew 16:1-11

He is Risen
Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might go and anoint His Body.
Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they said among themselves..

“Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”

But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away—for the stone was very large.
And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified.
He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.”
So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed.
And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

The Lord appears to Mary Magdalene
Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons.  She went and told those who had been with Him, as they mourned and wept. And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.

~~~Reflections~~~
Insert yourself along side Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome. Waking along the dirt path with on the way to the tomb, where Jesus's dead body lays.
Filled with sorrow, grief, and unbelief this event happened.
Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, being witnesses to the many miracles, healings and even the dead being brought back to life, their faith had to be shaken. As they had just purchased the spices, that they might go to the tomb and anoint His body. Still in shock, after have witnessed the Messiah, being beaten and experiencing one of the most horrific executions, being left to hang until eventually death from exhaustion and asphyxiation overwhelmed his mortal body.
It was early dawn, on the first day of the week, and In their grief they wondered “Who would roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for them? When they arrived at the tomb. They saw the stone was already rolled away. there they saw a young man, who was dressed in a white robe and sat on the right side.
Panic struck them. Their bodies trembled, their heart raced. They felt faint and overwhelmed.
He spoke, "You are looking for Jesus, He is not here, For He is Risen. Go and tell his disciples and Peter that he’s going ahead of them to Galilee. There they will see him, just as he told them."
They went out of the tomb and ran away. In Shock, trembling and overwhelmed. They didn’t say a thing to anyone, because they were afraid.
What a shock that must have been to see the Stone rolled away. Jesus's body not there. GONE!
Only a young man, dressed in a white robe.  However, Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he had cast out seven demons.  She was the first person who Jesus appeared to, after He had died and She did go and told HIS friends, SHE TOLD THEM " HE LIVES! "
In their grief and tears they did not believe her.
