gods way are higher

God's ways are higher

 Isaiah 55:8-9

When something happens to us we try desperately to be strong.
Can't understand why things aren't going smoothly..
We look around and hear the messages the world tells us.
You can do it. You’re strong. You’ve got this!
When inside you feel like a failure, weak, struggling.

After all, aren’t we supposed to handle our lives?
Aren’t we supposed to be large and in charge?
NO. Not really.
Unlike us. God is never sitting around thinking,
“Oh, what should I do now?”
We are suppose to have Faith, and Trust in the Lord.
Some things don't work out because God has a bigger picture.
Because God’s ways are different than our ways.
Gods ways are much, much higher.

Makes more sense that we turn whatever we are worried about over to him.
His view is much clearer.  Plus God is sovereign. He knows everything.
He is infinite, immeasurable, unlimited, ALMIGHTY, mighty, Sovereign, and in control.

 Turning over our uncertain situations to the one who is all-knowing is the only thing that will give you peace. You can know that God can handle anything that comes your way. Nothing is too big. God is the one who is large and in charge!
 And all he asks us to do is to believe that, have faith in Him.
And then, to leave it in his capable hands.

God has this!
God can do it.
God is your strong tower.
With God all things are possible!
Ephesians 3:20  God is able to do immeasurably more in my life than I could ever imagine.
Matthew 19:26  With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. (Yahweh) “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Rmember Yesterdays Miracle and Seek a Miracle for Today

Ever so often we have to remember yesterdays Miracles, and Seek a Miracle for Today.
Spending time with the Lord this morning.
I opened up His Word,
Mark 8:1-21 was a gentle reminder.

Why is that so significant today?
Yesterday, As I was leaving our house.
I asked my husband when would be a good day to bring our grandchildren home?
I don't know if we can continue to feed them ? WHAT? That came out of my mouth? With no hesitation, no thinking? Like a horse without a bridle.
James 3:2-3

Oh ye, of little faith?
Do you not remember it is the Lord Who Provides?

Yes, this morning The Lord kindly reminded me.
I might not be able.
HE CAN!

Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”
And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.”
But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?  Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?  When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”
“Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

How could they even begin to wonder where their next meal was coming from? Being right there with Jesus handing out the food?
How could I ever begin to wonder. After all the miracles Jesus has provided in my own life?

This is when I heard a small still voice,
Remember Yesterdays Miracles and Seek a Miracle for Today!
Every day is an opportunity for the Lord to do a Miracle.

Lord thank you for revealing to me that my words are powerful. For remembering the miracles you have done in the past through your word, and through my own life. I acknowledge that you are My provider. Today I take time to reflect on the Miracles in my own life, and I give you Thanks and Praise for the Miracles. I Seek you to be my provider. I seek the opportunity for you Lord Jesus to do a Miracle in my life today, tomorrow and every day. Your will be done.
I am so Thankful for your Miracles, I know that everyday is a Miracle in itself. Thank You Jesus.

Mark 8:1-21
In those days, the multitude being very great and having nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; for some of them have come from afar.”
Then His disciples answered Him, “How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?”  He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.
They also had a few small fish; and having blessed them, He said to set them also before them.  So they ate and were filled, and they took up seven large baskets of leftover fragments.  Now those who had eaten were about four thousand. And He sent them away, immediately got into the boat with His disciples, and came to the region of Dalmanutha.
Then the Pharisees came out and began to dispute with Him, seeking from Him a sign from heaven, testing Him.  But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.” Beware of the Leaven of the Pharisees and Herod And He left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side.

How do you appear in the sight of the Lord?

Yahweh Looks at your heart!
So when I ask how you appear in the sight of the Lord.
I am not asking about your outward appearance.
What is in you heart?
Does the Lord, find it pleasing?

1 Samuel 16:7
 But the Lord or Yahweh said to Samuel,
“Do not look at his appearance or at
his physical stature, because I, Elohim have
refused him. For the Yahweh does not
see as man sees, for man looks at
the outward appearance,
but the Lord, Yahweh looks at the heart.”

~~~Reflections~~~
When God looks at you, he does not see you by your outward appearance. He looks into your Heart. Looking to see Jesus Christ in You. God wants to see that your heart has been redeemed. Think about your own relationship with the Lord. How does He see you?
He knows we may make mistakes. He sees our hearts. He knows our intentions, both the bad and the good. He also knows when someone is rotten to the core. He also knows all  our secrets. So really, what it comes down to it, the only one thing that matters. That we go to the Lord with pure hearts.
 Keeping in mind, that when we see others it is not what we think of others, we should not see by what is on their outside appearance. In all situations, We should go to Him, and Seek the Lord. Ask Him for Discernment. For God knows each persons heart.  He may lead the least expected person to intervene in our path of Life, to bring Glory to His Name.
Prayer,
Lord Thank you for using me to bring Glory to your name. I make my requests known to you, that you would always guide my path, placing people directed by You for Your will. Help me to look at others the way you see them, through their hearts.  Always having the Holy Spirit, my helper to give me Discernment. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
Jehovah Ezer The Lord is my Help!
Jehovah Ezer
The Lord is my Help!
Let your conduct be without covetousness,
be content with such things as you have.
For He Himself has said
“I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
 So we may boldly say:
The Lord is my helper, I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
~~~Reflections~~~

For our Lord is Jehovah Ezer.
Who is Jehovah Ezer? The Lord our HELP!.

He is forever faithful and worthy of all our trust.

There are no words that can even describe God to His fullness.
The object of this blog is to draw near to God, and get to know him better.
These are the names that God has been called, throughout the Bible.

I will do each blog post with
  1. Name of God
  2. Description
  3. Bible Verse
  4. Picture, Song or Video Relating to the Name
