God knows best

God knows best

Psalm 84:11

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.

~~~ Reflections ~~~
You may think you know what is good for you. Really only God truly knows.
You need to get to the point where you trust that God does know best.
Learning that if you do not get that dream job, car or house, or anything that you were desiring and praying for.  It is because God knows it would not be good for us. If you were to have it,  He would have answered that prayer with a yes. For He would not withhold any good thing from you. Remember that God knows not only the past or the present we are in, but he also knows what lies ahead. He has plans for your future.
God gives you direction and purpose by pointing you on a certain path. God ultimately directs your path.  God is good, and He can work all of the events of your life of outstanding achievements, to bring Him Glory. That is if you let Him. God is good. Everything He does is good and wonderful. God gives and offers is greater than what the devil offers, so shouldn’t your expectations come from God? God wants to do something outrageously wonderful in your life every moment of every day. But you have to be ready and expect it to happen.
Prayer
Thank you Lord for your grace and glory.
You are faithful even when we have been faithless. We thank You for Your word which gives us light and understanding. We thank You for giving us all things that pertain to life and godliness and for giving us all spiritual blessings.  We exalt You, Lord God, and we bless Your Name. We place our trust in you. Holy Spirit, help me to see the opportunities that the Father has placed before me.
In Jesus Christ Name Amen.
He equips us with all we need
God doesn't call the equipped, He equips the called.
Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Ephesians 4:11-13
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ
~~~ Reflections~~~

Reflecting on all the things God has brought you throughout your life. God has an amazing way of working things out for your good and for the glory of His name! Do not rely on your own strength alone. Have Faith. When God Calls, He also Equips!
You may be more prepared for your calling than you realize. The Lessons God has taught you through your life experiences, whether good or bad. These life experiences are no different than Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Noah, Joseph, Elijah, Billy Graham or anyone elses testimony.
The same power that equipped them and brought Christ back from the dead is in you! That power is equipping you to do God’s will and to please Him in the things He’s called you to do in Christ. Fear has no place when power that can raise people from the dead is on your side! He equips us with all we need.

When God calls, He equips!
When God calls you, He will equip you!

~~~Prayer~~~
Now may the God who brought us peace by raising from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ, may he manifest His perfection in every part of you,  make you complete in every good work to do. Giving you all that you need to fulfill your destiny. And may he express through you all that is excellent and pleasing him to Him. In Jesus Christ the Anointed One who is to receive all glory forever! Amen
unfinished painting?
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
~~~Reflections~~~
God has a Beautiful Finished Painting.
He just hasn't hung it in the gallery for you to see yet.

Peace, Future & Hope. These are things that the Lord thinks towards you.
Sometimes we may have the pleasure of the Lord showing us a glimpse of our future, or somebody else's future.

Of course it is usually like an unfinished painting. "Glimpse"  One day the painting will be revealed Like a fine painting hung in a gallery. Some times you have to place your Faith in the Lord and remember what His thoughts are for YOU!
If you find yourself struggling over something, and are feeling overwhelmed reflect on this scripture.
Claim the Lords word over your life. Your situation. And Trust that His word is Faithful and Truth.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Or reflect on the History of Joseph and his unfinished painting

Psalm 43:3
Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me,
Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your tabernacle.

1 Corinthians 1:8-9
who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

His GREATNESS IS UNSEARCHABLE!

Psalms 145
I will extol (PraiseYou my God O King
And I will bless Your name forever and ever
 Every day I will bless You
And I will praise Your name forever and ever
 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised
And His greatness is unsearchable.
One generation shall praise Your works to another,
And shall declare Your mighty acts.

I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty,
And on Your wondrous works
Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts,
And I will declare Your greatness
They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness,
And shall sing of Your righteousness.
 The Lord is gracious and full of compassion,
Slow to anger and great in mercy
The Lord is good to all
And His tender mercies are over all His works
All Your works shall praise You, O Lord
And Your saints shall bless You
They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom
And talk of Your power
To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts
And the glorious majesty of His kingdom
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom
And Your dominion endures throughout all generations
The Lord upholds all who fall
And raises up all who are bowed down
The eyes of all look expectantly to You
And You give them their food in due season
You open Your hand
And satisfy the desire of every living thing
The Lord is righteous in all His ways
Gracious in all His works
The Lord is near to all who call upon Him
To all who call upon Him in truth
He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him
He also will hear their cry and save them
The Lord preserves all who love Him
But all the wicked He will destroy
My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord
And all flesh shall bless His holy name
Forever and ever

~~~Reflections~~~
After reading Psalms 145 We should take some time and examine ourselves and see the many blessings that God has provided for us.
Startig a journal, or a jar with notes can help you to recall the blessing that God provided for you.
Give thanks to the Lord and share the many blessings to everyone, so that others many know that God is powerful.
My prayer is that everyone will get the chance to experience God's blessings and love.
Our encouragement to others should be of how God is Truthworthiness and debpendabilty. This will build the Trust in the Lord in others.
UNEARCHABLE!  WoW! What a word. Undefineable, Forever and ever
. Yes our God is unsearchable, for if He was searchable, he would have limits. He Has no limits. If we could define God than He would then He would have limits. He is eternal. To fathom this is beyond human understanding.
Although we can decsribe some of the LORDS characteristics or attributes.
Such as His Worthiness to be praised, His Greatness, Grace, Kindess, Provisions, Mercy, Faithitfulnness, Kingdom, and eternal
Our faith needs to be expressed to the future generations. Sharing Gods faithfulness,
as a testimony in our own lives, and throughout the Bible.
It is important for the future generations to know that He is caring, committed, dependaple, kind, reliable, reassuring and trustworthy.
That He Loves all his creation and supplies all our needs.
We lift up our voices and praise Him with gratitude, for He loves and cares for each of us and all his creation.
He is the God of an everlasting kingdom.
David describes some of the Lords characteristics of His graciousness and eternal greatness.
Behold the worthiness of our God throughout Psalms 145
He made all things, and there is nothing that was made without Him.
We are reminded that in all things we must praise Him!
What better to do than to acknowledge Him, and the only way to acknowledge Him is to praise Him.
Psalms 145 shows us many of God's characteristics.
It is His will for us to give thanks, praise and bless Him In All things.
He is Great and greatly to be praised
He is so great that He is unsearchable, He holds the mysteries, He is beyond discovery or understanding.
The generation shall praise His works to another generation
He performs mighty acts
He is does great goodness
He is righteous, gracious and compassionate
Slow to anger and great in mercy
Good to all, Powerful
His glorious majesty rules over an everlasting Kingdom
Hia dominion endures throughout all generations
He lifts us up
He is suppplies our needs
He satisfies the desire of every living thing
He is righteous in all His ways
Gracious in all His works
Lord is near to all who call upon Him
fulfill the desire of those who fear Him
Hears our crys
Saves us
preserves all who love Him
The wicked He will destroy
God is able to lift us up
He is righteous and kind
He is Holy and
Everlasting to Everlasting
He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written.
King of Kings and Lord of Lords
Revelation 19:11-16
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.  His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.  He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.  And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.  Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron.
He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS
~~~Reflections~~~
What a sight to behold, Jesus come riding in on a White Horse.
Being Faithful and True. He is Righteous to judge and make war.
His name is called the Word of God. Ruler of all the nations.
He is the  KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS.

What a beautiful picture of God's forgiveness!

What a beautiful picture of God's forgiveness!

Isaiah 1:18
"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord,
 "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool."

Psalm 51:7
Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

1John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

.
~~~Reflections~~~
The Lord tells us that if we come to Him and confess, or repent of our sins.
He will take the ugly sins that we have in our life and wash them away, and make us as pure and as white as that freshly fallen snow. What a beautiful picture of God's forgiveness!
Though our sins be like scarlet and crimson,
God says, "I will get rid of all that. I will take it away and I will wash you white as snow."
David knew the meaning of these verses and found true grace in them and in God's mercy.
In Psalm 51, after he had sinned and fallen into adultery with Bathsheba,
David had accepted God's forgiveness for his repentance. So do we.
Are you discouraged because of something you did?
Thinking it is to big for God to forgive, worrying that God will not forgive you?
"If you come to me I will take those sins, wash them away and make you as white as snow."
David said even whiter than snow Lord?
Stop worrying, come to the Lord and ask Him to forgive you and accept God's forgiveness, like David did. . Let Jesus take your sins and wash you whiter than snow, We all fall short of the Glory of God. Jesus was the only one without sin.
Pray this, Father forgive me for my sins, and help me to not to sin anymore. Lead me and Guide me, wash me as white as the Snow. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
Anticipating the Glory of the Lord to shine upon you for the New Year.
What a beautiful way to awaken to the earth covered in White
Snow covering earth. Fluffy White Snow Flakes falling from the sky.
When I looked out my window and saw all that fresh snow.
I found it so refreshing!
All that black, dirty snow. Now gone. Everything covered in White.
A welcoming site, as it's beauty sparkles, on every tree limb.
I Love to look out at the snow. Taking walks in the snow.
The Feel of that fresh brisk air, is so invigorating.
After weeks of the snow plows and the traffic making the snow dirty
with that ugly black soot.
Then theirs all the slush from the warm weather and the
build up of ice from the frozen nights.
When I look at the snow, it is a reminder of the goodness of God.
All the Old things passing away. Washing and cleaning making all things become new.
Cleansing my dirty ugly sins even whiter than snow.
The Fresh snow, reminded me of the New Expectations for this New year from the Lord.
and the washing away of our Sins.
that I look forward to in this New Year.
This is why felt so refreshed and Renewed.
I used the snow as a reminder to myself of the Word of God.
I am forgiven,  Washed as white as snow before the Lord.  Thank You Lord.
