Speaking with pleasant words

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb,
sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.
Proverbs+16:24

Reflections
Speaking words of encouragement and inspiration, empowering others to do what is good in sight of the Lord, shows your spiritual maturity in your faith, and will encourage others to grow in the spirit, that they might have hope. To be the very examples of Christ,  Yeshua. The Anointed One.

Be patiently embracing those who are not fully developed in their faith, to help build them up spiritually. Using Gods instructions through the scriptures, that one may develop endurance and overflow in confidence in His promises. Growing to be Christ like-minded towards one another.
The verses that are in the scriptures are divinely placed by the Lord. To teach us how to live.
This verse shows the very character of our Lord, and how he would like for us to be.

Prayer
May the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded towards one another, according to Christ Jesus. May your words be pleasant as a honeycomb. Sweet to the soul, and bring healing to the bones. May you be with one mind and one mouth to glorify God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Rmember Yesterdays Miracle and Seek a Miracle for Today

Ever so often we have to remember yesterdays Miracles, and Seek a Miracle for Today.
Spending time with the Lord this morning.
I opened up His Word,
Mark 8:1-21 was a gentle reminder.

Why is that so significant today?
Yesterday, As I was leaving our house.
I asked my husband when would be a good day to bring our grandchildren home?
I don't know if we can continue to feed them ? WHAT? That came out of my mouth? With no hesitation, no thinking? Like a horse without a bridle.
James 3:2-3

Oh ye, of little faith?
Do you not remember it is the Lord Who Provides?

Yes, this morning The Lord kindly reminded me.
I might not be able.
HE CAN!

Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat. Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”
And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.”
But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?  Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?  When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”
“Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

How could they even begin to wonder where their next meal was coming from? Being right there with Jesus handing out the food?
How could I ever begin to wonder. After all the miracles Jesus has provided in my own life?

This is when I heard a small still voice,
Remember Yesterdays Miracles and Seek a Miracle for Today!
Every day is an opportunity for the Lord to do a Miracle.

Lord thank you for revealing to me that my words are powerful. For remembering the miracles you have done in the past through your word, and through my own life. I acknowledge that you are My provider. Today I take time to reflect on the Miracles in my own life, and I give you Thanks and Praise for the Miracles. I Seek you to be my provider. I seek the opportunity for you Lord Jesus to do a Miracle in my life today, tomorrow and every day. Your will be done.
I am so Thankful for your Miracles, I know that everyday is a Miracle in itself. Thank You Jesus.

Mark 8:1-21
In those days, the multitude being very great and having nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat. And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; for some of them have come from afar.”
Then His disciples answered Him, “How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?”  He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.
They also had a few small fish; and having blessed them, He said to set them also before them.  So they ate and were filled, and they took up seven large baskets of leftover fragments.  Now those who had eaten were about four thousand. And He sent them away, immediately got into the boat with His disciples, and came to the region of Dalmanutha.
Then the Pharisees came out and began to dispute with Him, seeking from Him a sign from heaven, testing Him.  But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.” Beware of the Leaven of the Pharisees and Herod And He left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side.

The Open tomb

Matthew 16:1-11

He is Risen
Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might go and anoint His Body.
Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they said among themselves..

“Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”

But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away—for the stone was very large.
And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified.
He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.”
So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed.
And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

The Lord appears to Mary Magdalene
Now when He rose early on the first day of the week, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom He had cast seven demons.  She went and told those who had been with Him, as they mourned and wept. And when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.

~~~Reflections~~~
Insert yourself along side Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome. Waking along the dirt path with on the way to the tomb, where Jesus's dead body lays.
Filled with sorrow, grief, and unbelief this event happened.
Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, being witnesses to the many miracles, healings and even the dead being brought back to life, their faith had to be shaken. As they had just purchased the spices, that they might go to the tomb and anoint His body. Still in shock, after have witnessed the Messiah, being beaten and experiencing one of the most horrific executions, being left to hang until eventually death from exhaustion and asphyxiation overwhelmed his mortal body.
It was early dawn, on the first day of the week, and In their grief they wondered “Who would roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for them? When they arrived at the tomb. They saw the stone was already rolled away. there they saw a young man, who was dressed in a white robe and sat on the right side.
Panic struck them. Their bodies trembled, their heart raced. They felt faint and overwhelmed.
He spoke, "You are looking for Jesus, He is not here, For He is Risen. Go and tell his disciples and Peter that he’s going ahead of them to Galilee. There they will see him, just as he told them."
They went out of the tomb and ran away. In Shock, trembling and overwhelmed. They didn’t say a thing to anyone, because they were afraid.
What a shock that must have been to see the Stone rolled away. Jesus's body not there. GONE!
Only a young man, dressed in a white robe.  However, Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he had cast out seven demons.  She was the first person who Jesus appeared to, after He had died and She did go and told HIS friends, SHE TOLD THEM " HE LIVES! "
In their grief and tears they did not believe her.
Son of Man Strives to Rise
Strive to Rise!
Matthew 20: 17-19
Now Jesus, going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples aside on the road and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.”
~~~Reflections~~~

 The Son of Man, who is Jesus, sets the example for us, that under any sufferings  that we go through, we should not dwell on the afflictions or sufferings. Only That we should thrive in faith that His glory will be revealed. That God has a purpose for all the afflictions that we go through.  Jesus did not become overwhelmed or terrified by the revelation of His sufferings that He was to endure. The Son of man, placed His Trust in God. Kept His focus on the third day. He Strived to Rise!

We should look at the things that are not seen, and keep our focus on the things that are eternal. For if we focus on the eternal things, this will enable us to call the present afflictions, nothing.
Keep focused, strive to rise!

Prayer
God we know that you hold the plans for our future. That you have good things in store for us. Help us, Lord to Strive to Rise! For we know that You have thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give us a future and of hope. That your grace abounds in us, and your word encourages us, keep our hearts focused, the we should not grow weary, In Jesus Name.

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope
Acts 11:23 When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart they should continue with the Lord

God Saves!

Yeshua  God Saves
Jesus or the English version for the Hebrew name Yeshua. It means god saves

Act 16:25-31

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken, and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.

And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself.  But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”
Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas.  And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house.  And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes. And immediately he and all his family were baptized. Now when he had brought them into his house, he set food before them; and he rejoiced, having believed in God with all his household.

~~~ Reflections ~~~
When Paul and Silas had been held captive in prison. God's Grace intervened. God's grace is sufficient. God is with us,
When we become captive, imprisoned or restrained.  It's time to go whole heartedly and Praise God and in Prayer! Gods grace is sufficient.  Matters not if it is a physical prison, or if it is in our body or in our thoughts. Prison can be a real place, a physical aliment or state of mind. We can be held captive by our thoughts. Fear, Anxiety, Stress and sometimes our past.
The answer to any prison or captivity that is restraining you, will be loosened. The chains will be broken. Paul and Silas prayed and sang hymns to God. Their prayers and songs of praise were sincere, whole heartedly! Passionate and in adoration.   Not that of  "oh my... god help me.. "
Pray with the Sincerity that the foundations of the prison that you are in are shaken and broken..  Your Doors will be opened. Your Chains will be Loosened. Not only you will be set free, those around you can be set free. Like the prisoners in the Prison with Paul and Silas. Thank You Yeshua!
For you are the God who saves us.
Those who are witnesses to your struggles that you are going through, need to know how to defeat the prisons in their life. Give them Hope! Give them Faith! As I am giving you.  God may use your circumstance to set others free. He is the Light in that dark place. He can Stop suicide, addiction, anxiety and fear. He can use you to  Lead them to Salvation.  Like the prisoners and the prison keeper in Paul and Silas case.  Be the Hope for someone. Pass on the Faith. Call upon the Lord with all your heart. For the Lord God will save us.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
